Philip Iliev Lyubomirov was born on 1 March 1983 in the town of Veliki Preslav. He graduated the Technical School for Construction - Shoumen, speciallity "Construction and Architecture" in 2002. He has a Bachelor degree in "Informatics" from the "Konstantin Preslavski" University of Shoumen in 2007. At the moment he is a second year student in the "Konstantin Preslavski" University of Shoumen, speciallity "Communication and Information systems /CIS/". His hobbies are music and football and also he likes playng on the quitar and drums.

In 2008 he is elected for IEEE SBS Chairman.
